石墨烯纤维抗病毒口罩面料的开发与实践 被引量:5

摘要 分析了石墨烯结构与特点,对比研究了石墨烯纤维与常见几种纤维的纵向切面结构,利用纺粘方法制备了石墨烯无纺布,用多层石墨烯无纺布可制得新型石墨烯口罩,探讨了几种常见口罩的工作原理,并指出:利用多层石墨烯无纺布制得的口罩对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达99.8%,对PM2.5的阻挡率达95%,而对0.1μm左右的细菌和病毒的过滤效果达97%,且呼吸畅通,性价比高。 Graphene structure and characteristics were analyzed,the contrast research of graphene fibers and several common fiber longitudinal section structure,the preparation of graphene using the method of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics,with multilayer graphene non-woven fabric can be obtained new graphene masks,discusses the working principle of several common face mask,and points out that:using multilayer graphene non-woven masks made the inhibition rate of escherichia coli was 99.8%,and the blocking of PM2.5 rate reaches 95%,and the 0.1 mu m or so of bacteria and virus filtering eff ect of 97%,and breathe smoothly,cost-effective.
