护胃方联合三联左氧疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床研究

Clinical Study on Stomach-Protecting Formula Combined with Levofloxacin Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的:观察护胃方联合三联左氧疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月至2015年2月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院脾胃病科门诊及病房诊治的幽门螺杆菌感染患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例,因患者自身原因脱落8例,治疗组脱落4例,对照组脱落4例,故有效统计例数152例,治疗组76例,对照组76例。对照组给予三联左氧疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄文东护胃方治疗。结果:对照组Hp根除率为72.37%,治疗组Hp根除率为88.16%,治疗组根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为42.11%,治疗组有效率为81.58%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善脘腹胀闷、嘈杂、大便稀溏、口干口苦、纳呆方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组不良反应发生率6.58%,对照组不良反应发生率18.42%,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护胃方联合三联左氧疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染,能提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,改善患者中医证候,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Stomach-Protecting Formula combined with levofloxacin triple therapy on helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:A total of 160 patients with Hp infection treated in Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.Among of them,8 cases fell off due to their own reasons,4 cases fell off in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group,so 152 cases were effectively counted,76 cases in the treatment group and 76 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin triple therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Huang Wen-dong Stomach-Protecting Formula on the basis of the control group.Results:The HP eradication rate of the control group was 72.37%,and that of the treatment group was 88.16%.The eradication rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 42.11%,while that of the treatment group was 81.58%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving abdominal distension,noisy,loose stool,dry mouth and bitter mouth,and anorexia,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.58%,while that in the control group was 18.42%.The difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of Hp infection,Stomach-Protecting Formula combined with levofloxacin triple therapy can increase the eradication rate of Hp,improve the TCM syndrome of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
