摘要
通过QC小组活动,对造成废水处理系统故障时间较大的因素进行了分析,最终确定要因为石灰乳自动投加装置气动阀设计不合理、螺杆泵进料口堵塞不能及时发现,造成辅助设备故障时间较长,通过制定对策控制主要因素,可以将系统故障时间由原有62 h/月降低至35 h/月以下。提高了废水处理的效率,降低了环保风险,减轻了工人的劳动强度,兼顾取得了良好的经济和社会效益、环保效益。
The QC activity Team analyzes the factor of high fault time of wastewater treatment station,ascertains essential factor of including unreasonable pneumatic valve of automatic feeding device for lime milk and late discovering of screw pump feed port blocking that causing high fault time of accessory equipment,establishes counterplan and reduces fault time from 62 hours per month to less than 35.The QC activity obtains sound economic,social and environmental benefit that improving wastewater treatment efficiency,reducing environmental risk and lowering labour intensity.
