摘要 新一轮的电力体制改革正在向纵深推进,发电企业传统的生产经营模式和市场营销工作正发生着巨大的变化,为积极维护电改新时代发电企业生产经营效益,立足发电企业市场营销管理现状及存在的问题,重点从我省电力体制改革形势、电力市场营销工作面临的挑战和对电力市场营销工作的思考3方面进行分析,发现新时代电力营销能力提升的关键要素有思想意识转变、营销体系建设、营销队伍培养、激励机制完善、增强保障能力等,提出形成市场经营意识、完善电力营销体系的建设、培养强有力的营销队伍、建立完善的电力营销激励考核机制和加强内部管理协同提升保障能力可有效促进发电企业市场营销能力的提升,希望为发电企业电力市场营销工作提供参考。 A new round of electric power system reform is advancing in depth,and great changes are taking place in the traditional production and operation mode and marketing work of power generation enterprises.In order to actively maintain the production and operation benefits of power generation enterprises in the new era of power reform,based on the current situation and existing problems of marketing management of power generation enterprises,this paper focuses on the challenges faced by the power system reform situation and power marketing work in our province Zhanhe analyzed the thinking of power marketing from three aspects,and found that the key elements of improving the power marketing ability in the new era are ideological transformation,marketing system construction,marketing team training,incentive mechanism improvement,and strengthening the guarantee ability.It proposed to form market management awareness,improve the construction of power marketing system,cultivate strong marketing team,and establish a perfect power The power marketing incentive assessment mechanism and strengthening the internal management to enhance the guarantee ability can effectively promote the promotion of the marketing ability of power generation enterprises,hoping to provide reference for the power marketing work of power generation enterprises.
