多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效评价

Evaluation of the curative effect of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy on dental pulp disease

目的探究对牙体牙髓病患者实施多次法根管治疗、一次性根管治疗的效果。方法随机将2016年5月至2019年5月我院106例牙体牙髓病患者分为对照组(53例,应用多次法根管治疗)、观察组(53例,应用一次性根管治疗)。随访3个月,对比两组治疗总有效率、咬合力、咀嚼效率、满意度评分、生活质量评分、疼痛情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(84.91%),P < 0.05;观察组治疗后3个月咬合力、咀嚼效率较对照组更高,P < 0.05;观察组治疗后3个月生活质量评分较对照组更低,P < 0.05;观察组术后3d疼痛评分高于对照组,P < 0.05,但术后7d两组疼痛评分无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组并发症发生率(3.77%)低于对照组(16.98%),P < 0.05;观察组治疗后满意度评分较对照组更高,P < 0.05。结论对牙体牙髓病患者实施一次性根管治疗的效果较多次法根管疗法更佳,更有助于改善咀嚼功能及生活质量,且并发症更少。

Objective To explore the effect of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy on patients with dental pulp disease.Methods 106 patients with endodontic diseases in our hospital from May 2016 to may 2019 were randomly divided into control group(53 cases,multiple root canal therapy)and observation group(53 cases,one-time root canal therapy).After 3 months of follow-up,the total effective rate,bite force,chewing efficiency,satisfaction score,quality of life score,pain and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.23%)was higher than that of the control group(84.91%),P<0.05;the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group after 3 months of treatment were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 3 months after treatment,P<0.05;the pain score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,but there was no significant difference in the pain score of the two groups 7 days after operation,P>0.05 The incidence of complications in the observation group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(16.98%),P<0.05;the satisfaction score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of one-time root canal therapy on patients with dental pulp disease is better than that of multiple root canal therapy,which is more helpful to improve masticatory function and quality of life,and has fewer complications.
