大气压氮气等离子体对丙纶熔喷无纺布表面改性

摘要 利用大气压氮气介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体对丙纶熔喷无纺布的表层结构进行处理,并通过水接触角、傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜以及X-射线光电子能谱等手段对处理前后无纺布的物理与化学性质进行测试和对比。结果发现:在经过短暂的DBD等离子体处理后,无纺布的性质发生了较大的改变。其中,表面亲水性能明显提升,而无纺布表层也会对应出现脱氢状态,与此同时大量官能团会进入样品。此外还进行了电压调整,以此来观察电压对无纺布性质的影响。 The surface structure of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric was treated by atmospheric pressure nitrogen dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma.The physical and chemical properties of the non-woven fabric before and after surface treatment were tested and compared by water contact angle,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that properties of non-woven would change greatly after a short period of DBD plasma action.Among them,hydrophilicity of the surface would be improved obviously,and the surface layer of the non-woven fabric would also generate dehydrogenation state,at the same time,a large number of functional groups would enter the sample.In addition,the voltage was adjusted to observe the effect of voltage on the properties of non-woven fabrics.
