基于IPD原则的激励机制在公路工程中减少设计变更的研究

Research on Incentive mechanism Based on IPD Principle to Reduce Change Orders in Highway Engineering

参照建筑工程体系中基于IPD原则建立的定量激励机制体系,分析定量激励机制体系在公路工程施工管理中应用的可行性。通过建立公路工程激励机制体系,使公路工程建设各参与方提前介入工程项目建设过程中,可协助业主消除工程量清单变更、部分路基路面工程与桥涵与隧道工程变更,节约工程建设周期与节省造价,为项目管理工作提供新思路。

With reference to the quantitative incentive mechanism system based on the IPD principle in the construction engineering system,the feasibility of applying the quantitative incentive mechanism system in highway engineering is analyzed.Through the analysis,the incentive mechanism system is obtained,so that the participants of the highway project can join the project ahead of time,which can help the owner to eliminate the change of the engineering quantity list,part of the roadbed pavement engineering and the bridge and culvert and tunnel engineering changes,saving the construction period and saving the cost.
