摘要
本试验旨在比较玉米、小麦、豆粕、棉粕4种常规饲料原料在同日龄北京油鸡和AA肉鸡中的养分生物学效价。试验选用18日龄AA肉鸡384只、18日龄北京油鸡768只,随机分为8组,包括玉米组、15%小麦组、30%小麦组、45%小麦组、豆粕组、棉粕组、无氮日粮组和饥饿组,分别饲喂玉米代谢日粮、15%小麦代谢日粮、30%小麦代谢日粮、45%小麦代谢日粮、豆粕半纯合日粮、棉粕半纯合日粮、无氮日粮,饥饿组不饲喂日粮,每组6个重复,AA肉鸡每重复8只鸡,北京油鸡每重复16只鸡。全收粪法收集各组22~24日龄粪样,25日龄时,按重复收集豆粕组、棉粕组和无氮日粮组回肠末端食糜,测定并计算代谢能和标准回肠氨基酸消化率。结果表明:玉米和小麦在北京油鸡中的真代谢能、氮校正真代谢能显著高于AA肉鸡,粗脂肪表观代谢率极显著低于AA肉鸡;除个别氨基酸外,豆粕和棉粕在北京油鸡中的各种氨基酸消化率均显著高于AA肉鸡。综上所述,与同日龄AA肉鸡相比,玉米和小麦在北京油鸡上的代谢能较高,而粗脂肪表观代谢率较低,豆粕和棉粕在北京油鸡上的标准回肠末端氨基酸消化率较高。
The purpose of this experiment was to compare the nutrient biological potency of four conventional feed ingredients of corn,wheat,soybean meal and cotton aphid on Beijing Oil Chickens and AA broiler at the same age.A total of 384 AA broilers and 768 Beijing Oil Chickens aged 18 d were randomly divided into eight groups,including corn group,15% wheat group,30% wheat group,45% wheat group,soybean meal group,cottonseed meal group,nitrogen-free group and starvation group in accordance with the principle of similar weight,each group with 6 replicates,8 AA broilers or 16 Beijing Oil Chickens in each replicate.The chickens in each group respectively were fed with corn diet,15% wheat diet,30% wheat diet,45% wheat diet,soybean meal diet,cottonseed meal diet,nitrogen-free diet and starvation group did not feed the diet.All collection method was used to collect fecal samples of Group A-F on 22~24 d.Group B,C and D were used to calculate the nutritional value of wheat.Digesta of Group E,F and H were collected on 25 d,and were used to calculate the standard ileum amino acid digestibility of soybean meal and cottonseed meal.The results showed that the TME and TMEn of corn in AA broilers were extremely significantly lower than t hat of Beijing Oil Chickens(P<0.05),while the apparent metabolic rate of ether extraction was extremely significantly higher than that of the Beijing Oil Chickens(P<0.01).Except for certain amino acid digestibility,total ileal amino acid digestibility of soybean meal and cottonseed meal in Beijing Oil Chickens were significantly higher than that of AA broilers on the same age(P<0.05).The above results show that compared to AA broilers,metabolic energy of corn and wheat were higher while the apparent metabolic rate of ether extraction was lower,total ileal amino acid digestibility of soybean meal and cottonseed meal were higher in Beijing Oil Chickens.
