摘要
随着无线机器人使用范围的增加,无线机器人通信故障监测装置对于通信故障中的异常信号提取能力降低,因而引用5G频段设计基于5G频段的无线机器人通信故障监测装置。设定无线机器人信号采集模块所需硬件以及信号采集频率,引用C均值数据挖掘算法完成故障信号的提取分析。设定监测装置5G频段通信结构,设定5G频段通信故障监测算法,完成无线机器人通信故障定位。将上述设计部分引用至原有装置之中,至此,基于5G频段的无线机器人通信故障监测装置设计完成。构建个别测试环节,通过对比可知,此装置的异常信号检测最低误差为0.048%,低于原有装置的异常信号检测误差0.065%。由此可知,基于5G频段的无线机器人通信故障监测装置使用效果更佳。
with the increase of wireless robot’s application range,the ability of wireless robot communication fault monitoring device to extract abnormal signals in communication fault is reduced,so 5 G band is used to design the communication fault monitoring device based on 5 G band.Setting the hardware and signal acquisition frequency required by the wireless robot signal acquisition module,and the C-means data mining algorithm is used to complete the fault signal extraction and analysis.Setting the 5 G band communication structure of the monitoring device and the 5 G band communication fault monitoring algorithm,the communication fault location of the wireless robot is completed.The above design part is applied to the original device,so far,the communication fault monitoring device of wireless robot based on 5 G band is designed.The minimum error of abnormal signal detection of the device is 0.048%,which is 0.065%lower than that of the original device.It can be seen that the communication fault monitoring device based on 5 G band has better effect.
