美国俄亥俄州立大学“一流”体育教育专业建设经验与启示——基于专业人才培养与科学研究二维度

Experience and Enlightenment of"First-Class"Physical Education Major Construction at Ohio State University——Based on professional talent training and scientific research in two dimensions

运用文献资料、访谈法等,从专业人才培养、科学研究二维度,对在全球享有盛誉的美国俄亥俄州立大学“一流”体育教育专业建设经验进行了剖析。研究认为,该校体育教育专业人才培养以“会教体育”为核心设置课程,“严进优出”为原则进行管理,“实践现实”为要义开展教学;科学研究以“宽松多元”为宗旨养成研究人才,“实用服务”为理念引领研究行动。这些经验,为我国“一流”体育教育专业建设带来了启示。

Using literature and interview methods,from the perspective of professional talent cultivation and scientific research,this article analyzes the construction of"first-class"physical education majors at the Ohio State University,which is world-renowned.The research believes that the training of physical education professionals in the school is based on the core curriculum of"coaching sports",the management of"strict advancement and excellent output",and the teaching of"practical reality"as the essence;scientific research is aimed at"loose diversity"cultivate research talents,"practical services"as the concept to lead research actions.These experience have brought enlightenment to the construction of China's"first-class"sports education specialty.
