脓毒症的治疗药物及其作用机制研究进展 被引量:11

Research Progress of the Therapeutic Drugs of Sepsis and Their Mechanisms of Action

摘要 脓毒症是由严重感染引起的综合征,可导致器官功能障碍甚至患者死亡。由于老龄化、抗菌药物耐药性急剧增加等因素,脓毒症的发病率和死亡率居高不下。脓毒症发生机制错综复杂,涉及细胞焦亡、凝血功能和线粒体功能障碍、细胞自噬等。针对脓毒症的治疗药物研究一直是医药领域的热点。通过检索中国知网、万方、PubMed等中外数据库近5年来关于脓毒症治疗药物的相关研究文献并认真研读分析后作一综述,以期为临床有效治疗脓毒症、降低病死率提供理论参考。 Sepsis is a syndrome caused by a severe infection,which can cause organ dysfunction or even death.Due to aging,sharp increase of antibiotic resistance and other factors,patients with sepsis suffer high morbidity and mortality.The mechanism of sepsis is complex,and may involves pyroptosis,coagulation and mitochondrial dysfunction,and cell autophagy.Search of therapeutic drugs for sepsis has always been a hot topic in the field of medicine.This paper reviews the literatures,which were read and analyzed carefully,on sepsis treatment drugs in recent five years by searching Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed,etc,in order to provide theoretical references to improve clinically efficacy and reduce mortality of sepsis.
