摘要
立足于对人类健康事业的追求,旨在提高患者的生活水平,寻找更优异的癌症治疗方法始终是全世界共同探讨的话题。随着纳米技术领域研究的逐渐深入,愈来愈多借助纳米材料用于肿瘤治疗的手段开始崭露头角。光热治疗是近年来新开发出的肿瘤治疗方法,利用具备光热性质的纳米材料对肿瘤细胞进行消灭,有着非侵入式的治疗优势。普鲁士蓝是一种配位化合物,也是经FDA批准用于临床治疗的药物,具有可靠的生物安全性。普鲁士蓝化学性质稳定、形状及粒径可控、合成原料充足、合成方法简便,凭借其良好的光热性质被开发为光热转换剂,研究发现普鲁士蓝还能够作为造影剂用于核磁共振及光声、超声成像,为肿瘤的诊疗开拓了新的发展方向。本文将从光热治疗、肿瘤成像等多方面介绍普鲁士蓝基纳米粒子在癌症治疗中的应用进展。
Based on the pursuit of human health,aiming at improving the patients’living standard,searching for better cancer treatments has always been the hot topic of research around the world.With the development of nanotechnology,more and more nanomaterials are used in tumor therapy.Photothermal therapy is a newly developed method in recent years which uses photothermal nanomaterials to destroy tumor cells with non-invasive management.Prussian blue is a coordination compound,and it has been approved by the FDA for the clinical treatment with reliable biological safety.Prussian blue nanoparticles has stable chemical properties,controllable shape and size sufficient synthetic raw materials and simple synthetic method.With good photothermal properties,it has been developed as a photothermal conversion agent.Prussian blue can also be used as a contrast agent in MRI,PA and ultrasound imaging,which opens up a new prospect for the tumor diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,we will introduce the application of prussian blue nanoparticles in cancer therapy from the aspects of photothermal therapy,tumor imaging and so on.
