摘要 在自然灾害等突发事件后,时间是挽救生命关键。如何在最短时间内完成整个灾区三维实景数据获取、处理和传输,成为应急测绘中亟待解决的关键问题。本文针对灾害应急航空遥感的需求,搭建了一种基于无人机倾斜摄影的应急测绘系统,解决了实时传输压力大、处理速度慢、远程数据访问困难等问题,实现了从无人机现场倾斜摄影数据采集、实时回传、现场数据快速处理、网络发布以及到远程在线访问的一体化应用。 After natural disasters and other emergencies,time is the key to saving lives.To complete the acquisition,processing,and transmission of three-dimensional scene data in the shortest time has become a key problem to be solved urgently in emergency mapping.Aiming at the demand of disaster emergency aerial remote sensing,an emergency mapping system based on UAV tilt photography is built,which solves the problems of high real-time transmission pressure,slow processing speed,and difficult remote data access.It realizes the integration application of data acquisition,real-time return,rapid processing of field data,network publishing,and remote online access of UAV tilt photography data.
