术中皮肤护理在糖尿病合并结肠癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of Intraoperative Skin Care in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的探讨术中皮肤护理在糖尿病合并结肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2014年10月—2019年10月该院收治的糖尿病合并结肠癌根治术患者50例,以随机数字表法将其随机分为两组,其中对照组与研究组各25例。对照组采取常规术中护理措施,研究组在此基础上应用术中皮肤护理措施。对比两组患者手术前与术后即刻血糖值的变化,以及两组患者术中压疮的发生情况。结果两组术后即刻血糖值高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中压疮的总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中皮肤护理能够有效预防糖尿病合并结肠癌根治术患者术中压疮,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative skin care in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with radical resection of colon cancer.Methods From October 2014 to October 2019,50 patients with diabetes and colon cancer undergoing radical resection were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,including 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the study group.The control group took routine intraoperative care measures,and the study group applied intraoperative skin care measures on this basis.The changes in blood glucose levels before and immediately after the operation of the two groups of patients,and the occurrence of pressure ulcers during the operation of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose level immediately after the operation was higher than that before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative skin care can effectively prevent pressure ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by radical resection of colon cancer and is worthy of clinical application.
