一次性根管治疗临床疗效探析

The Clinical Effect of One-time Root Canal Therapy

目的探讨采用一次根管治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的临床效果。方法方便选择2017年2月—2018年3月期间该院收治的牙体牙髓疾病患者116例为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为两组,其中对照组采用多次根管治疗,而观察组则运用一次根管治疗,比较两组治疗效果,并发症和临床指标。结果观察组的治疗成功率96.55%(56/58)高于对照组82.76%(48/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.949,P<0.05);与对照组17.24%(10/58)比较,观察组的并发症发生率5.17%(3/58)显著更低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.245,P<0.05);同时,两组的VAS评分、就诊次数、治疗时间以及疼痛消失时间比较,观察组(1.1±0.5)分、(1.0±1.5)次、(13.6±0.5)d、(1.8±0.4)d均显著低于对照组(2.1±0.6)分、(3.0±1.4)次、(15.4±0.4)d、(2.5±0.7)d,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用一次根管法对牙体牙髓疾病患者进行治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of primary root canal in the treatment of pulp disease and periapical disease.Methods 116 cases of dental pulp disease treated in the hospital between February 2017 and March 2018 were conveniently selected as the study objects,which were divided into two groups according to the digital random method,in which the control group used multiple root canal treatment,while the observation group used one root canal treatment,to compare the treatment effect,compliaction and clinical indieators of the two groups.Results The success rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%(56/58)higher than that of the control group 82.76%(48/58),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.949,P<0.05);compared with the control group 17.24%(10/58),the complication rate of the observation group was 5.17%(3/58)significantly lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.245,P<0.05);at the same time,the VAS score,number of visits,treatment time and pain disappearance time of the two groups were compared,the observation group(1.1±0.5)points,(1.0±1.5)times,(13.6±0.5)d,(1.8±0.4)d were significantly lower than the control group(2.1±0.6)points,(3.0±1.4)times,(15.4±0.4)d,(2.5±0.7)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The primary root canal method is effective in the treatment of dental pulp disease.
