自锁托槽固定矫正器对牙周炎患者改善牙周状况和降低托槽脱落发生率的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Self-locking Bracket Fixed Appliance on Improving Periodontal Status and Reducing the Incidence of Bracket Falling Off in Patients with Periodontitis

目的:探讨自锁托槽固定矫正器应用于牙周炎患者临床治疗实践中的具体效果。方法:选取本院2017年12月-2018年12月临床收治的牙周炎患者88例为研究对象,随机分成研究组(给予自锁托槽固定矫正器治疗)和对照组(给予常规金属托槽矫治器治疗),每组44例。对两组牙龈退缩指数、附着丧失指数、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、1年内托槽脱落率和整体疗效进行观察和比较。结果:治疗后,研究各项牙周状况指数均优于对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的临床总有效率为97.73%,显著高于对照组的77.27%,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组6个月和12个月的托槽脱落率分别为2.27%和6.82%,低于对照组的25.00%和31.82%,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自锁托槽固定矫正器治疗牙周炎能够改善牙周状况,降低托槽脱落发生率,提升临床综合疗效,具有较好的应用推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of self-locking bracket fixed appliance in the clinical treatment of periodontitis patients.Method:From December 2017 to December 2018,88 periodontitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group (given self-locking bracket fixed appliance treatment) and the control group (given conventional metal bracket orthodontic treatment),44 cases in each group.The gingival retraction index,attachment loss index,sulcus bleeding index,plaque index,bracket shedding rate within one year and overall curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the periodontal index of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 77.27% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).The bracket falling off rates of the study group at 6 months and 12 months were 2.27% and 6.82%,respectively,which were lower than 25.00% and 31.82% of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using self-locking bracket fixed orthodontic appliance in the treatment of periodontitis patients can improve the periodontal condition,reduce the incidence of bracket falling off,and improve the clinical comprehensive effect,which has a good application and promotion value.
