针灸联合神经肌肉刺激对脑损伤患者肢体障碍康复的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation on rehabilitation of limb impairment in patients with brain injury

目的探讨针灸联合神经肌肉刺激对脑损伤患者肢体障碍康复的影响,为患者诊疗提供依据。方法选择2019年1~12月延安大学咸阳医院收治的脑损伤患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用神经肌肉刺激治疗,观察组采用针灸联合神经肌肉刺激治疗,共治疗8周。治疗8周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后上、下肢运动功能、Barthel指数、平衡功能评分、格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均升高,且观察组分别为(51.13±3.22)分、(27.13±2.91)分,明显高于对照组的(44.39±3.09)分、(20.13±2.62)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Barthel指数、平衡功能评分、GCS评分均升高,且观察组分别为(76.29±4.52)分、(12.15±2.13)分、(11.02±1.31)分,明显高于对照组的(65.18±4.11)分、(8.13±2.01)分、(8.79±1.07)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的满意率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合神经肌肉刺激治疗脑损伤可明显改善患者的上下肢运动功能及日常生活能力,促进大脑功能恢复,临床治疗效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation on the rehabilitation of limb impairment in patients with brain injury,so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Methods One hundred patients with brain injury admitted to Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with neuromuscular stimulation,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect,motor function of upper and lower limbs,Barthel index,balance function score,Glasgow Coma(GCS)score,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function scores of both groups were increased,and the scores in the observation group were(51.13±3.22)points,(27.13±2.91)points,significantly higher than(44.39±3.09)points,(20.13±2.62)points in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the Barthel index,balance function score,and GCS score of both groups were increased,and the levels in the observation group were 76.29±4.52,12.15±2.13,11.02±1.31,significantly higher than 65.18±4.11,8.13±2.01,8.79±1.07 in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation has a significant effect on brain injury.It can improve patients'upper and lower extremity motor function and daily living ability,and promote the recovery of brain function,so as to improve patient satisfaction rate and is worthy of clinical promotion.
