摘要
在江苏省盐城市响水县生态化工厂爆炸事故中,江苏消防救援总队利用无人机进行航拍、气体检测、水质监测及红外检测,极大地提升了爆炸事故救援效率。通过总结无人机在江苏响水"3·21"爆炸事故救援的实战应用经验,详细介绍了无人机吊舱载荷在应急救援中所承担的任务、功能及应用领域,分析目前消防救援队伍在应用无人机吊舱载荷进行救援时存在的问题,提出应优化无人机及其吊舱载荷配置,组建专业团队,合理配置人员,设置训练科目,强化实战演练,尽快出台应急救援无人机行业标准等对策建议,以更好地发挥无人机吊舱载荷在应急救援中的优势作用。
At 14:48 on Mar 21,2019,a severe explosion occurred in a chemical plant of Xiangshui County,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province.The Jiangsu fire rescue corps used drones for aerial photography,gas detection,water quality monitoring and infrared detection,which tremendously improved the rescue efficiency of explosion accidents.On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of applying drones in the rescue operation of the“3·21”explosion accident in Xiangshui,Jiangsu,this article introduces in details the tasks undertaken by drones in emergency rescue,their functions and application fields,etc.and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to solve the problems in the application of drones in order to make better use of drones in emergency rescue field.
