摘要
针对现有烧结台车车轮润滑缺乏成熟的润滑油自动化加注设备的问题,提出一种新型烧结台车车轮润滑油自动加注装置。对该装置的随动装置、车轮捕捉装置、自动加油枪、移动平台等部件和气动系统进行了设计分析。基于双偏心自动调整机构设计了浮动式加油枪,并对其工作原理进行理论分析。根据结构设计制造了试验样机,样机试验结果表明,所研制的烧结台车车轮润滑油自动加注装置能够实现烧结台车车轮的在线自动加油,单次加油循环用时15 s,加油量40 mL。该装置的研制为烧结生产智能化提供了核心技术和装备保障。
Aiming at the problem of lack of mature automatic lubricating oil filling equipment for sintering trolley wheels,a new design of automatic lubricating oil filling device for sintering trolley wheels is proposed.The structure of the follow-up device,wheel catching device,lubricating oil filling device,mobile platform and the design of the pneumatic system are analyzed.A floating lubricating oil filling device with double eccentric ring automatic adjustment mechanism is designed,and its working principle is analyzed theoretically.According to the structure design,a test prototype was manufactured.The experimental results show that the automatic lubricating oil filling device developed can realize online automatic filling of lubricating oil for sintering trolley wheels.A single filling cycle takes 15 s and the filling volume is about 40 mL.The development of the automatic oiling device provides core technology and equipment support for the intelligent development of sintering production.
