一种壮药复方对实验性Lewis肺癌小鼠抑瘤作用的初探

Preliminary Study on the Anti-Tumor Effect of a Zhuang Medicine Compound on Experimental Lewis Lung Cancer in Mice

目的:初步探究该壮药复方制剂实验性Lewis肺癌小鼠抑瘤作用。方法:随机选取C57BL/6小鼠60只,分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(DDP 1 mg/kg,隔日给药)、高剂量组(23.44 g/kg)、中剂量组(11.72 g/kg)、低剂量组(5.86 g/kg)6组,每组10只。给药15天后,分离小鼠胸腺,脾脏,肿瘤等组织并称重,计算胸腺指数,脾脏指数,抑瘤率;取血,分离血清,进行肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平检测;结果:与模型组比较,壮药复方高、中、低剂量组肿瘤质量显著下降(P<0.05),抑瘤率分别为26.72%、37.02%、19.85%;壮药复方各组的脾脏指数均显著提高(P<0.05),壮药复方高、中、低剂量组肿瘤坏死因子α水平均明显升高(P<0.05);结论:本实验研究的壮药复方具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,在一定程度上会激发机体的免疫功能,抗癌机理可能与提升小鼠体内肿瘤坏死因子α的表达、提升小鼠免疫机能有关。

Objective:To explore the antitumor effect of Zhuang medicine compound preparation on Lewis lung cancer in mice.Methods:60 C57BL/6 mice were randomly selected and divided into 6 groups with 10 mice in each group:blank group,model group,positive control group(DDP 1 mg/kg,administered every other day),high-dose group(23.44 g/kg),medium-dose group(11.72 g/kg),and low-dose group(5.86 g/kg).After 15 days of administration,thymus,spleen,tumor and other tissues were separated and weighed,and thymus index,spleen index and tumor inhibition rate were calculated;blood was taken and serum was separated to detect the level of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α).Results:Compared with the model group,the tumor quality of the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose zhuang medicine compound group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the tumor inhibition rates were 26.72%,37.02%and 19.85%,respectively;spleen index of all groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and tumor necrosis factor level was significantly increased in high,medium and low dose groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhuang medicine compound in this experiment can inhibit tumor growth and stimulate the immune function of the body to a certain extent.The anti-cancer mechanism may be related to enhancing the expression of tumor necrosis factor-αin mice and enhancing the immune function of mice.
