甲状腺癌的围手术期护理体会

Postoperative Complications and Nursing Analysis of Patients with Thyroid Cancer

目的探究甲状腺癌术后并发症及其护理,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法选取55例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2018年6月至2020年6月,均实施综合护理,统计所有患者的并发症发生情况,并对比护理前后的心理状态、生活质量进行分析。结果55例患者并发症发生率为47.27%(26/55)。护理后,HAMA评分、HAMD评分均优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,生活质量评分优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺癌手术患者实施综合护理可预防并发症的发生,改善患者的心理状态,提高生活质量,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the postoperative complications and nursing care of 55 patients with thyroid cancer,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 55 patients with thyroid cancer were enrolled in the study from June 2018 to June 2020,all patients received compreh ensive nursing care,the incidence of complications of all patients,and before and after the comparison of psychological state,quality of life were analyzed.Results Among the 55 patients,the complication rate was 47.27%(26/55).HAMA score and HAMD score after nursing were better than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life after nursing was better than that before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery can prevent complications,improve patients'psychological state,improve their quality of life,and have significant nursing eff ects.
