This paper mainly introduces the process of designing the three-dimensional diagram of mesitylene oxidation workshop by using PDMS software.The entire design process includes the establishment of a process database for the preparation of pyromellitic dianhydride by oxidation of mesitylene,the grid layout of the entire process flow,structural modeling,equipment modeling,and piping modeling,pipeline single pipe diagrams,materials,and equipment layout Four steps to obtain the diagram and the pipeline layout diagram.To help students majoring in chemical engineering better understand the chemical process,and train highly skilled talents for the frontline of production.
