The Impact of Chinese Hawk-Eye on Table Tennis Development and the Promotion Strategies

运用归纳演绎、文献资料调研、专家访谈、案例分析等研究方法,围绕中国鹰眼技术在乒乓球项目中的应用现状,探讨了鹰眼技术对乒乓球运动发展的影响、存在的问题与提升策略。研究认为:鹰眼技术能够推动裁判执裁趋于规范化、球员竞赛趋于公平化、电视转播趋于科技化、观赛体验趋于多元化、乒乓球赛事趋于现代化,推动乒乓球运动发展进入新时代。但也存在与竞赛规则融合度、裁判员执裁的默契度、与电视转播的供需贴合度以及乒乓球赛事的契合度不够,系统硬件设备的成熟度有待提升等问题。建议:应通过完善鹰眼技术运用于乒乓球赛事的规则,优化与裁判员配合执裁的手段,丰富电视转播画面展示的内容,全方位加强鹰眼与乒乓球赛事的契合度,多维度提升鹰眼技术硬件设备的成熟度,提升其综合实力,为中国鹰眼技术更加优质地助力于东京奥运会奠定基础。同时,在中国乒乓球队备战奥运的关键时期,可构建裁判判罚检测平台、开发技术训练辅助信息平台以及建立战术训练数据库,为国家乒乓球队科学备战提供科技支撑。

Inductive logic,literature research,expert interview and case study methods were used to analyze the influence of Chinese Hawk-eye technology on the development of table tennis,the existing problems and the promotion strategies.According to our research,the Hawk-eye system can promote referee rulings to be standardized,player competitions to be fair,television broadcasts to be more technological,viewing experience to be diversified,table tennis events tend to be modernized,thus pushing the development of table tennis into a new era.However,there are also problems such as the degree of integration with the competition rules,the degree of understanding of the umpires decision,the degree of integration with the supply and demand of the TV broadcast,and the degree of integration with the table tennis matches,and the maturity of the system hardware equipment to be improved.It is recommended that the Chinese Hawk-eye should improve the rules applied to table tennis matches,optimize the way of working with referees,enrich the content of the TV broadcast,strengthen the integration between Hawk-eye and table tennis in an all-round way and improve the maturity of hardware equipment of Hawk-eye system in a multi-dimensional way,so as to enhance its comprehensive strength and lay a foundation for Chinese Hawk-eye technology to contribute to the Tokyo Olympic Games with better quality.At the same time,during the critical period of the Chinese table tennis teams preparation for the Olympic Games,the Chinese Hawk-eye system can be used to construct a judgment detection platform,an auxiliary information platform for technical training,and a data platform for tactical training,so as to provide scientific and technological support for the national table tennis teams scientific preparation.
