新疆昆玉高线高速区孔型系统优化与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对新疆昆玉高线预精轧、精轧孔型系统多,品种规格互换时,停机时间长,影响作业率降低,同时导致导卫、辊环消耗增多,以及螺纹钢负差轧制操作困难等问题。通过对高速区孔型系统进行优化,实现了预精轧孔型系统共用一套、精轧机孔型系统由6套减少为2套,降低了多套孔型对作业率、轧辊、导卫消耗、职工操作难度等带来的不利影响,同时对孔型高度、辊缝值等进行了优化,提高了单孔轧制量,实现了螺纹钢负差轧制的可操作性。 There are many pass systems in pre-finish rolling and finishing rolling of Xinjiang Kunyu high speed wire rod.When varieties and specifications are exchanged,the shutdown time is long,which affects the reduction of operation rate.At the same time,the consumption of guide guard and roll ring is increased,and the operation difficulty of negative difference rolling of deformed steel is difficult.Through the optimization of pass system in high-speed area,the common pass system of pre-finishing rolling and finishing mill is reduced from 6 to 2,which reduces the adverse effects of multiple passes on operation rate,roll,guide and guard consumption,difficulty of operation of workers,etc.At the same time,the pass height and roll gap value are optimized to improve the rolling capacity of single pass and realize the operability of negative difference rolling of rebar.
