摘要
井下皮带输送机使用过程中往往需要搭接,在搭接位置处运输的物料抛落过程中产生的冲击力会给皮带、缓冲托辊产生较大影响,造成缓冲托辊需要频繁更换,在一定程度上制约矿井运输效率。为此,依据机械原理中的曲柄滑块机构运行原理,将缓冲弹簧对缓冲托辊进行改进,并详细对改进方案、缓冲弹簧受力进行阐述、计算,整个改进方案简单,矿机械厂即可改进装置,改进投入小。现场应用后,缓冲托辊缓冲能力得以显著提升,可以满足皮带输送机长时间、重载荷搭接运输需要。
The underground belt conveyor often needs to be overlapped in the process of use.The impact force generated in the process of throwing the materials transported at the overlapped position will have a greater impact on the belt and buffer idler,resulting in frequent replacement of buffer idler,which restricts the transportation efficiency of the mine to a certain extent.Therefore,according to the operation principle of crank slider mechanism in the mechanical principle,the buffer spring is used to improve the buffer idler,and the improvement scheme and the force of buffer spring are elaborated and calculated in detail.The whole improvement scheme is simple,and the mining machinery factory can produce the improved device with small investment.After field application,the buffering capacity of buffer idler can be significantly improved,which can meet the needs of long-time and heavy load overlapping transportation of belt conveyor.
