对后盖种类进行总结,针对钢制两片式带牌照灯安装孔的后盖常见缺陷进行分析,分别从工艺和产品结构对后盖可制造性提出优化方案,并给出产品设计推荐值,供产品工程师和模具工程师参考,缩短后期模具调试时间及降低制造成本,提高汽车后盖成形质量。

The types of rear cover were summarized,and the common defects of the rear cover of two-plate lamp with license plate produced by steel were analyzed.From the view of process and product,the optimization scheme of manufacturability of rear cover was put forward,and the recommended value of product design was given for the reference of product engineers and die engineers,so as to reduce the time and cost of later die debugging and improve the forming quality of rear cover.
