摘要
对北京某社会组织开展的视障大学生入学准备服务进行的研究发现,社会组织在开展视障大学生高等融合教育入学准备服务的过程中,管理者的"初心+机遇"是服务源起的重要条件,服务模式先后呈现环境连接与技能为上、技能为上与环境输入交互发展的形态,同时也面临着支持不足、组织功能可替代性强的困境。基于此,可通过政府层面建立健全政策体系,增强政策的连贯性;社会组织以残联为联合点营造高等融合教育支持工作的积极社会氛围;以发展模式为核心,灵活提供服务内容与方式,以积极推进残障大学生入学准备服务的发展与完善。
From the study of entrance preparation service for visually impaired college students offered by a social organization in Beijing,this paper finds that social organizations in the process of development of entrance support service for visually impaired college students in higher inclusive education regards the"initial intention+opportunity"of managers as an important condition for the origin of services,with service modes successively presenting the forms of being environmental connection and skills-oriented,and of the interactive development of skills-oriented and environmental input.Meanwhile,they also face the dilemma of insufficient support and strong substitutability of organizational functions.Through the establishment and improvement of the policy system at the government level and the enhancement of policy coherence,social organizations,with the Disabled Persons’Federation as the joint point,create a positive social atmosphere for the support work of higher inclusive education,take the development model as the core,and flexibly provide service content and methods,in order to actively promote the development and improvement of the entrance preparation service for disabled college students.
