摘要
结合前期疫情,阐述后疫情时代医疗卫生事业发展中护理专业人员人文素养培育的必要性,继之从个人努力、学校教学、临床实践、社会认同和政府支持等角度对其实践性策略的构建进行思考,以期透过多方力量将以护理专业人员为视角的积极人文素养理念与临床践行相整合,提升护理专业人员的整体人文素养品质,为今后我国护理专业人员人文素养的高质量发展提供可行参考。
To elaborate on the necessity to cultivate the humanistic literacy of nursing professionals in medical and health services in the post-epidemic era,followed by discussion on practical strategies from the perspectives of personal efforts,school teaching,clinical practice,social recognition,and government support.Aiming to integrating the positive humanistic literacy from the nursing professionals’perspective with clinical practice through various forces,so as to improve the overall humanistic literacy quality of nursing professionals,and provide a feasible reference to advance the nursing professionals China’s future development of humanistic literacy.
