摘要
为突出高职教育的特色,创新教师教学能力评价体系,分析了高职教师教学能力评价体系的目标和原则,提出了教学评价主体的重构,包括教师的自我评价、领导评价、专业评价、同行评价及学生评价等。在评价内容方面,应立足高职学校的实际,坚持科学、差异化地设计评价内容,准确运用评价方法构建一个完善的评价体系。
In order to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education and innovate teachers teaching ability evaluation system,the research analyzes the aim and principle of teachers teaching ability evaluation of higher vocational colleges,proposes reconstruction of teaching evaluation,including self,leadership,major,peer and student evaluation.From the perspective of evaluation content,it is suggested to take accordance with the practice of higher vocational colleges,adhere to scientific and differential design evaluation content,and precisely apply evaluation method to construct a perfect evaluation system.
