摘要
智能水电厂的目标是通过智能化改造,提高水电厂生产及管理的自动化水平,提高设备的安全运行水平,提高全厂经济效益,提高水资源利用水平。通过介绍智能水电厂的概念,提出智能水电厂“1个管控平台,2个智能中心,3个智能管控,4个智能特征,5个智能目的,6个系统层次,7个关键技术,8个应用目标”的体系结构,介绍智能水电厂的智能设备功能、智能基础功能和智能高级应用等系统功能,为水电厂的智能化建设工作提供参考。
The goal of intelligent hydropower Stations is to improve the automation of production and management,improve the safe operation of equipment,improve the economic benefits of the station,and improve the utilization of water resources through intelligent transformation.Through the concept introduction of intelligent hydropower station,the paper proposes an intelligent hydropower station architecture of"one control platform,two intelligent centers,three intelligent management and control,four intelligent features,five intelligent goals,six system hierarchies,seven key technologies,eight application targets."Meanwhile,the paper introduces the system functions of the intelligent hydropower station including intelligent device function,intelligent infrastructure function and intelligent advanced applications etc.,providing a reference for the construction of intelligent hydropower stations.
