产妇安胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血的效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Chanfuan Capsule in Vaginal Bleeding after Medical Abortion

目的:观察中成药产妇安胶囊用于药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果。方法:选择本院100例药物流产早孕妇女为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组使用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用产妇安胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组阴道出血量少及出血量中等患者数均高于对照组,出血量多患者数低于对照组;观察组阴道出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血持续时间<7 d的患者数明显高于对照组,7~10 d及>10 d的患者数明显低于对照组,观察组患者阴道出血时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在药物流产后阴道出血患者中使用中成药产妇安胶囊治疗,可缩短阴道出血时间,降低阴道出血量,提升临床治疗效果,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chanfuan capsule capsule on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods:100 cases of early pregnancy women with drug abortion in hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Chanfuan capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The number of patients with less and medium amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of patients with more bleeding was lower than that of the control group;the amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of patients with vaginal bleeding lasting less than 7 days in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the number of patients with 7-10 days and more than 10 days was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Chinese patent medicine Chanfuan capsule in patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve the clinical treatment effect,and has high clinical application and promotion value.
