摘要
开槽机的内部部件布局设计属于复杂的三维布局问题。由于开槽机内部部件间的位置关系和约束关系,致使这类产品布局问题具有不同于其他布局问题的特殊性。首先将开槽机的三维模型中主要部件投影为二维矩形布局图元,以二维布局图元中矩形的型心坐标及转角作为输入,运用视图转换和分层布局的方法,并结合布局约束条件,通过遗传算法得出每层布局方案的最优解。利用二维到三维的逆向还原方法,结合MATLAB和工程建模软件实现了完整的开槽机内部方案布局。通过开槽机内部方案设计结合实例开槽机改进设计,提出了有利于解决开槽机内部部件布局的方法和布局约束在布局过程中的应用方法。
The layout design of the internal parts of the slotting machine is a complex three-dimensional layout problem.Because of the position relation and constraint relation between the internal parts of slotting machine,the product layout problem has its particularity different from other layout problems.Firstly,the main components in the 3D model of slotting machine are projected into two-dimensional rectangular layout elements,and the coordinates and rotation angles of rectangular centers in the two-dimensional layout elements are taken as input.The optimal layout scheme of each layer is obtained by using the method of view transformation and hierarchical layout,and combining with layout constraints through genetic algorithm.Using the two-dimensional to three-dimensional inverse reduction method,combined with MATLAB and engineering modeling software to achieve a complete layout of the slotting machine internal program.Through the internal scheme design of slotting machine and the improved design of slotting machine,the method of solving the layout of internal parts of slotting machine and the application method of layout constraints in the layout process are put forward.
