教育见习对师范生职业发展影响的实验研究——基于“4+1”跟岗教育见习模式 被引量:16

摘要 在强化教师教育的实践环节中,教育见习对于促进师范生职业发展的作用是一项亟待探讨的重要命题。本研究采用现场实验法,对师范院校某师范专业大三年级的两个班级学生进行了为期27周的"4+1"跟岗教育见习实验研究,考察教育见习对师范生职业发展的影响。对实验数据进行分析,结果发现:教育见习对于提升师范生的教师职业认同感、教师职业承诺和教师职业态度成熟度均具有显著性影响,但是对师范生的教师职业能力成熟度不具有显著性影响。同时,进一步对六名参与教育见习的师范生进行质性访谈,证实了相同的结果。最后,对师范生教育见习实训体系建设提出了相应的建议。 In the education practice of pre-service teacher education,the role of educational observation in promoting the professional development of pre-service teachers is an important proposition that needs to be discussed.To examine the effect of educational observation on the professional development of pre-service teachers,a 27-week"4+1"education observation with post experiment was conducted for two class students in a third year of a normal major in a normal college.The analysis of the experimental data shows that the educational observation has significant effect on improving the pre-service teachers’professional identity,professional commitment and professional attitude maturity,but has no significant effect on the preservice teachers’professional ability maturity.Finally,the corresponding suggestions was put forward for the construction of the pre-service teachers’teacher training system.
