创业网络对新创企业内部控制组织行为的影响——风险感知的中介作用

The Influence of Entrepreneurial Network on the Organization Behavior of Internal Control of Start-ups:The Mediating Role of Risk Perception

目的研究创业网络对企业内部控制组织行为的影响以及风险感知在创业网络和内部控制间组织行为的中介作用。方法运用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 18.0对获得的447份有效问卷进行实证分析。结果创业网络对企业的内部控制有显著正向影响;创业网络对风险感知有显著正向影响;风险感知对企业内部控制有显著正向影响;风险感知在创业网络与企业内部控制之间发挥部分中介作用。结论创业网络通过风险感知对企业内部控制行为产生促进作用。

Objective In addition to investigating the influence of entrepreneurial network on the internal control of start-ups,this paper also considers the mediating role of risk perception between entrepreneurial network and internal control.Methods Analyzing 447 valid questionnaires empirically by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS18.0.Results Based on the experimental analysis,firstly,entrepreneurial network has a significant positive impact not only on the internal control of start-ups but also on risk perception;secondly,risk perception could most enhance the positive effect on internal control;thirdly,risk perception plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial network and start-ups internal control.Conclusion Entrepreneurial network promotes internal control of start-ups through risk perception.
