基于岗位能力提升的混合式教学模式构建与实践--以《数控加工工艺与编程》课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 为提升毕业生岗位能力、探索高职混合式教学模式,培养满足企业需求的应用型技能数控人才,以《数控加工工艺与编程》课程为例,通过岗位能力调研和校企专家探讨,确定岗位能力目标。以学生岗位能力提升为目标,对接企业零件生产,以“线上资源”为引、以“理论教学”为基、以“岗位实践”为体,将“线上教学”、“理论教学”、“实践教学”三者互补融合,从教学分析、教学设计、教学评价等方面构建课程混合式教学模式,并将该模式应用于课程教学以进行实践验证,探索基于岗位能力提升的高职院系校应用型人才培养模式。 In order to improve the post ability of graduates and explore the mixed teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,we can cultivate applied skilled numerical control talents to meet the needs of enterprises.Taking the course of NC Machining Technology and Programming as an example,the goal of post ability is determined through the investigation of post ability and the discussion of school-enterprise experts.Taking the improvement of students'post ability as the goal,connecting with enterprise parts production,taking"online resources"as the guide,"theoretical teaching"as the base and"post practice"as the body,the online teaching,"theoretical teaching"and"practical teaching"are complementary and integrated.From the aspects of teaching analysis,teaching design,teaching evaluation,etc.,this paper constructs a mixed teaching mode,and applies this mode to curriculum teaching for practical verification,and explores the training mode of applied talents in higher vocational colleges and universities based on the promotion of post ability.
