异丙托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的效果及其对肺功能的改善效果

Efficacy of ipratropine bromide combined with montelukast sodium in children with asthma and the improvement efficacy on pulmonary function

目的探讨异丙托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘的效果及其对肺功能的改善效果。方法选取2019年1~12月本院收治的小儿哮喘患者84例,根据用药方法不同将患儿分为对照组和联合组,每组各42例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,联合组采用异丙托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎症指标及不良反应。结果从炎症指标来看,联合组的免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平和白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平明显低于对照组,但是联合组的白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从肺功能指标来看,联合组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、1秒率(FEV1%)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿的不良反应总发生率为4.76%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿哮喘患儿采用异丙托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,能够有效改善患儿胸闷、气促、咳嗽、喘息等症状,有效抗击气道炎症,改善肺功能,减少不良反应发生,重构顺畅呼吸气道。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ipratropine bromide combined with montelukast sodium in children with asthma and the improvement efficacy on pulmonary function.Methods Atotal of 84 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=42)and the combined group(n=42)according to the difference of medication methods.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium and the combined group was treated with ipratropine bromide combined with montelukast sodium.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes,inflammation index and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results In terms of inflammatory indexes,the levels of IgE and IL-5 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the levels of IL-10 in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of pulmonary indexes,the levels of FEV1,FEV1%and PEF in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the combined group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 85.71%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 33.33%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating children with asthma with ipratropine bromide combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the symptoms of chest distress,dyspnea,cough,wheezing,etc.,effectively fight against airway inflammation,improve pulmonary function,and reduce adverse reactions and reconstruct smooth breathing airway.
