摘要 目的构建基于浙江省血液云平台的成分献血智能化招募系统,优化招募过程的信息化管理,提升招募效率。方法本文介绍了成分献血智能招募系统的框架构建,与BIS系统信息交互的模式,智能名库管理、智能招募视图,招募转归跟踪系统的构建,并对智能招募系统运行前后的招募数据进行分析。结果智能招募系统成功构建了多维度智能招募名库,构建了多维度献血者招募决策视图,构建了招募分析的大数据智能雷达图,实现与BIS系统实时数据共享。系统应用后通过招募手段成功采集的献血人次由13906(56.72%)上升至16774(60.71%)(P<0.01),采集量由21554(56.66%)上升至26858(62.67%)(P<0.01)。结论成分献血智能化招募系统实现招募全过程的信息化管理,有效提升了招募的精准性和有效性。 Objective To construct an intelligent recruitment system for apheresis donors based on blood cloud platform of Zhejiang Blood Center,therefore optimize the information management of recruitment process and improve recruitment efficiency.Methods This paper introduced the framework of the intelligent recruitment system,patterns of information interaction with BIS system,the intelligent donor recruitment database,the recruitment view and the construction of recruitment tracking system.The recruitment data before and after the application of intelligent recruitment system was analyzed.Results The intelligent recruitment system successfully constructed a multi-dimensional intelligent recruitment database,a multi-dimensional recruitment view and an intelligent radar chart for recruitment analysis,achieving real-time data sharing with the BIS system.After the application of the system,the number of apheresis donations by recruitment increased from 13906(56.72%)to 16774(60.71%)(P<0.01),and collection units increased from 21554(56.66%)to 26858(62.67%)(P<0.01).Conclusion The intelligent recruitment system realized information management throughout the whole recruitment process,and can effectively improve the accuracy and effectiveness of recruitment.
