长江经济带地区房建工程事故统计与规律分析

Statistics and Law Analysis of Building Construction Accidents in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带的高速发展致使沿线城市房建工程事故易发。为了探究区域事故规律,利用统计学方法对2010~2019年间1795起事故案例进行分析。通过政府官网等途径采集长江经济带地区的房建工程事故案例,运用柱状图、折线图和数据地图等对事故案例进行统计;结合事故数量与伤亡人数,分析事故等级类型、时间和空间分布等统计特征。结果表明长江经济带地区房建工程事故具有一定的区域发生规律,并据此提出了相应的事故防控建议。对长江经济带地区房建工程安全管理的理论和实践具有一定的指导意义。

With the rapid development of the Yangtze River economic belt,the accidents of urban building construction in this region are prone to happen. To explore the law of building accidents in this region,1795 accident cases in 2010-2019 were analyzed by a statistical method. The accident cases of building construction in the Yangtze River economic belt were collected through the government websites and other ways. Histogram,line chart and data map were used to analyze the accident cases statistically. Combined with the number of accidents and casualties,the statistical characteristics of accident level and type,temporal and spatial distributions were analyzed. The results show that the accidents of building construction in the Yangtze River economic belt have certain regional occurrence laws,and the suggestions of accident prevention and control were proposed. The conclusions of this study provide theoretical and practical values for the safety management of building construction in the Yangtze River economic belt.
