从五脏相关学说浅谈恶性肿瘤之“虚不受补”

Discussion on“Intolerance of Tonifying Due to Deficiency”in Patients with Malignant Tumor in Terms of Theory About Correlation of Five Viscera

"虚不受补"是指一些体质虚弱的患者在服用补益药后,不但临床症状未能缓解,反而出现诸如口舌生疮、口燥咽干、烦热汗多、恶心纳呆等实证表现,其成因多为辨证不准确、药物选择不当、盲目峻补、体质特殊等。恶性肿瘤患者在接受中医治疗过程中,服用补益类中药,也可出现"虚不受补"的情况,本文从五脏相关学说分析恶性肿瘤患者虚不受补的临床特点、常见原因、辨证用药等,并附导师医案一则,以飨同道。

"Intolerance of tonifying due to deficiency"refers to the situation that the patients with weak body constitution failed in the relief of clinical symptoms after taking tonic Chinese medicine,or even had the manifestations of excess syndrome such as ulceration in the mouth and tongue,dry mouth and throat,fever with dysphoria and excessive sweating,nausea and anorexia."Intolerance of tonifying due to deficiency"usually resulted from the inaccurate syndrome differentiation,improper medication,blindly potent tonification,and specific body constitution.The patients with advanced malignant tumor probably also have the status of"intolerance of tonifying due to deficiency"after taking the tonifying Chinese herbal medicine during the Chinese medicine therapy.This paper analyzes the clinical characteristics,common causes and dialectical medication for malignant tumor patients with the status of"intolerance of tonifying due to deficiency"in terms of the theory about correlation of five viscera.And at the end of the paper,a proven medical case treated by my tutor was presented for reference.
