摘要
目的探讨人文关怀与共情在医学生情绪智力与支持性沟通关系中的中介作用。方法采用人际反应指针量表、关怀能力评价量表、情绪智力量表、支持性沟通量表对897名医学生进行测量。结果(1)相关分析表明,情绪智力与人文关怀、共情和支持性沟量表的得分均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);人文关怀、共情和支持性沟通三者之间也相互显著正相关(P<0.01)。(2)情绪智力对支持性沟通的直接效应显著(β=0.46,P<0.01),并可以通过人文关怀和共情的多重中介作用影响支持性沟通,其中介效应的总效果量占35.21%。结论医学生情绪智力可通过人文关怀和共情两个中介变量影响支持性沟通,对医学生的人文关怀精神和共情能力的培养可促进其支持性沟通行为。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of humanistic care and empathy in the relationship between emotional intelligence and supportive communication among medical undergraduates.Methods 897 medical undergraduates were asked to complete Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C Scale,Supportive Communicative Scale,Emotional Intelligence Scale and Caring Ability Inventory.Results(1)It was found that emotional intelligence was positively correlated with humanistic care,empathy and supportive communication(P<0.01).Moreover,humanistic care,empathy and supportive communication also had positively interrelated relationships between each other(P<0.01).(2)Emotional intelligence has a significant direct effect on supportive communication(β=0.46,P<0.001),and also could affect supportive communication through multiple mediating effects of humanistic care and empathy,with the mediating effect accounting for 35.21%variance.Conclusion Emotional intelligence could predict supportive communication through humanistic care and empathy,and thus improving medical undergraduates’humanistic care and empathy to improve their communicational ability.
