在实际的发展过程中,市场经济制度逐步完善,市场的作用也发生了根本性的转变,所以在招商引资中一味地坚持政府主导就成为了失策之举,这也会对经济发展造成不利的影响。基于此,论文从当前镇区政府主导下的招商引资中出现的问题以及政府职能转变的对策两方面进行探讨,希望为有关部门和工作人员提供一些参考性意见。

In the actual development process,the market economic system is gradually improved,and the role of the market has also undergone a fundamental change.Therefore,the single-minded insistence on government leadership in attracting investment becomes an unwise move,which will also have a negative impact on economic development.Based on this,the paper discusses two aspects,namely,the problems that appear in attracting investment at present under the leadership of the township government,and the countermeasures for the government function transformation,hoping to provide some reference opinions for relevant departments and staff.
