摘要
悬浮床加氢技术旨在劣质油品的加氢处理和生产清洁燃料,实现能源的充分利用,缓解能源危机和降低环境污染。围绕悬浮床加氢技术及相关催化剂进行展开,针对VCC悬浮床加氢技术、EST减压渣油悬浮床加氢技术、UPC重质油悬浮床加氢技术、UniflexSHC悬浮床加氢制备低硫轻质油技术、悬浮床加氢HDH-PLUS技术、悬浮床加氢尾油循环技术、悬浮床煤油共炼加氢技术,评述各类技术的特点与发展趋势,并对固体颗粒催化剂、水溶性催化剂、油溶性催化剂、微乳型催化剂等几类常用的悬浮床加氢催化剂进行详细的分析与总结。悬浮床加氢技术在超稠油、减压渣油等劣质油品的加工、处理方面前景广阔。
Slurry-bed catalytic hydrogenation process is aimed at hydroprocessing of inferior oil and producing clean fuels,in order to improve the utilization of energy,alleviate energy crisis,and reduce environmental pollution.In this paper,various slurry-bed hydrogenation technologies and related catalysts are reviewed,and the characteristics and development trends of those technologies,such as VCC slurry-bed hydrogenation,EST vacuum residue hydrocracking,UPC heavy oil slurry-bed hydrogenation,UniflexSHC slurry-bed hydrogenation,HDH-PLUS slurry-bed hydrogenation for tail oil recycling process,and slurry-bed coal-oil hydrocracking process,are discussed.Moreover,different types of commonly used catalysts in slurry-bed hydrogenation processes,including solid particle catalysts,water-soluble catalysts,oil-soluble catalysts,and microemulsion catalysts,are analyzed and summarized in detail.Slurry-bed catalytic hydrogenation technology has broad prospects on the processing and treatment of super heavy oil and vacuum residue in the future.
