摘要 高校思政课教师核心素养为“双一流”建设提供政治指引,关系着社会主义办学方向。学生核心素养目标、我国教育改革的理论与实践以及习近平系列重要讲话精神为构建高校思政课教师核心素养提供了基本依据。教师主体性是提升核心素养的关键内因,应以知行合一理念培育过硬的政治素养,以“学术共同体”和“学习共同体”形式培育“专深”与“博通”兼具的学科素养,以反思学习力提升促进知识转化的教学素养,以科研和教学有机统一提升社会参与和贡献素养。 The core quality of ideological and political teachers in universities provides political guidance for the construction of "double first-class"universities,which is related to the direction of socialist school-running. The core-quality objectives of students,the theory and practice of China’s educational reform and the essence of Xi Jinping’s speeches provide the basic basis for the construction of core qualities of ideological and political teachers in universities. Teachers’ subjectivity is the key internal cause of building core literacy. We should construct the excellent political literacy with the concept of "unity of knowledge and practice",the subject literacy of "profundity"and"erudition"in the form of "academic community"and "learning community",the teaching literacy of promoting knowledge transformation by reflecting learning ability,and the social participation and contribution literacy with the organic unity of scientific research and teaching.
