电石生产全流程一体化控制与优化

Integrated Control and Optimization Analysis of Calcium Carbide Production Process

集散控制系统的出现,创新了生产流程控制方式,有效管控生产参数与设备运行。但在电石生产中,炉况复杂、生产影响因素多,集散控制系统存在控制缺陷。基于此,文章从电石生产流程控制问题入手,以某电石生产企业为例,提出电石生产全流程一体化控制与优化建议,引进APC-Suite软件,强化生产控制效果,推动行业发展。

Absrtact:With the appearance of distributed control system(DCS),the production process control mode has been innovated to effectively control the production parameters and equipment operation.However,in the production of calcium carbide,the furnace condition is complex and there are many factors affecting the production,and the DCS has control defects.Based on this,this paper starts with the problem of calcium carbide production process control,taking a calcium carbide production enterprise as an example,puts forward suggestions on the integrated control and optimization of the whole process of calcium carbide production,implete the software of APC-Suite,strengthens the effect of production control,and promotes the development of the industry.
