滑铁卢大学合作教育运行机制对我国的启示

摘要 加拿大滑铁卢大学将合作教育作为其办学品牌和最具标志性的特征。经过63年的发展实践,滑铁卢大学的合作教育已经形成自己特有的运行机制,包括职前开展职业发展培训课程,职中学校雇主双重监督指导,职后学生和雇主分别提交工作报告和学生表现评估表,最后学生将反馈经验交给合作学生经验项目组,这些环节环环相扣,共同促进合作教育周而复始、良性运行。加拿大滑铁卢大学合作教育的运行机制,为我国高校开展产学合作教育提供了借鉴与启示。 The university of Waterloo in Canada regards cooperative education as its brand and most iconic feature.In the 63 years of development practice,the cooperative education of University of Waterloo has formed its own unique operation mechanism.Waterloo professional development program is carried out before the job;In the work,the university and the employer carry out dual supervision and guidance;after completing the work,students and employers submit work reports and student performance evaluation forms respectively;finally,the students give their feedback experience to the Co-op student experience project.These links are closely linked together to promote the cooperative education go round and begin again.The operation mechanism of cooperative education of University of Waterloo in Canada provides reference and inspiration for the development of cooperative education in Chinese universities.
