摘要
目的探讨营养风险筛查在原发性胃癌患者中的应用价值。方法选取安阳市第三人民医院2018年1月—2019年7月收治的188例原发性胃癌患者为研究对象。所选患者随机被分成两组,对照组患者给予常规的术后营养支持,研究组在营养风险筛查后给予针对性的营养支持,比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、临床疗效及血清白蛋白水平。结果患者的住院时间研究组为(9.15±0.51)d,明显短于对照组[(18.79±1.02)d];研究组患者的住院费用[(25.54±1.10)×103元]明显低于对照组[(31.07±1.21)×103元],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组患者55例显效,36例有效,3例无效,治疗的总有效率96.81%,明显高于对照组的57.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前与术后1天两组患者血清中白蛋白的水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周研究组患者血清中白蛋白的水平[(35.07±1.02)g/L],明显高于对照组[(29.41±0.89)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养风险筛查能明显缩短胃癌患者的住院时间,降低患者的住院费用,加速术后患者的康复,在原发性胃癌患者中的临床应用价值很大。
Objective To explore the application value of nuritional risk screening in the primary gastric cancer patients.Methods Totally 188 patients with primary gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The selected patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method. Patients in the control group were given routine postoperative nutritional support, while patients in the study group were given targeted nutritional support after nutritional risk screening. The length of hospital stay, cost of hospital stay, clinical efficacy and serum albumin level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The length of stay in the study group(9.15±0.51) d was significantly shorter than that of the control group(18.79±1.02) d. The hospitalization cost of patients in the study group(25.54±1.10)×10~3 yuan was significantly lower than that of the control group(31.07±1.21) ×10~3 yuan, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, 55 patients in the study group were significantly effective, 36 were effective, and 3 were not. The total effective rate of treatment was 96.81%, which was significantly higher than 57.45% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in serum albumin level between the two groups before and 1 day after surgery(P>0.05). The serum albumin level in the study group one week after surgery(35.07±1.02) g/L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(29.41±0.89) g/L, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The nuritional risk screening can significanlty shorten,and can reduce the patients with primary gastric cancer,reduce the hospital can significantly shorter mei,and can accelerate posterative,which has great clinical value in the patients with primary gastric cancer.
