摘要
在加工制造过程中,刀具的状态直接影响工件的加工精度,刀具状态的在线检测及实时自动补偿技术是现代制造系统的关键性技术之一。根据刀具自动补偿技术在发动机缸体线膛曲轴孔加工的应用情况,阐述自动补偿的原理及实现过程。刀具自动补偿技术的应用可以提高加工精度,减少加工超差报废,提高生产效率,降低成本。
In the process of manufacturing,the state of the tool directly affects the machining accuracy of the workpiece.The online detection and real-time automatic compensation technology of the tool state is one of the key technologies of modern manufacturing system.According to the application of automatic tool compensation technology in machining crankshaft hole of engine cylinder liner,the principle and realization process of automatic tool compensation are expounded.The application of automatic tool compensation technology can improve machining accuracy,reduce machining out of tolerance scrap,improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
