高压氧治疗突发性聋指南及专家共识解读

突发性聋是耳内科常见疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。高压氧用于突发性聋治疗始于20世纪60年代,近年来中国、美国和欧洲的专业学术团体先后发布或修订了针对突发性聋的诊治指南或专家共识,高压氧治疗均占据了重要篇幅。本文主要针对上述指南或共识中高压氧治疗的相关内容进行解读和比较,希望能对高压氧治疗突发性聋的合理应用提供借鉴,并最终改善突发性聋患者的预后。

Sudden hearing loss is common in clinic,its incidence is higher and higher year by year.Hyperbaric oxygen was first used to treat sudden hearing loss in the late 1960 s.The clinical practice guidelines or consensus of sudden hearing loss have been published or revised in China,USA and Europe for the past few years.Therein,hyperbaric oxygen therapy occupied important space.The relevant information is interpreted in this article.The authors wish it is helpful to use hyperbaric oxygen reasonably for sudden hearing loss.And at last,the patients will get a good prognosis.
