辅助生殖技术妊娠丢失相关因素的研究进展

Research Progress in Factors Related to Pregnancy Loss in Assisted Reproductive Technology

辅助生殖技术(ART)是不孕症常用的治疗方法。随着ART的迅速发展,妊娠率有显著提高,但生化妊娠和流产的发生率较高,妊娠丢失降低了ART的持续妊娠率和获婴率。引起ART妊娠丢失的原因较复杂,相关因素包括胚胎染色体异常、解剖因素、遗传因素、高龄、内分泌异常等;另外,潜在的不孕因素及ART助孕方式对妊娠丢失的影响也不容忽视。明确ART妊娠丢失的病因,针对高危患者ART前进行相应治疗、设计个体化的促排卵及移植方案,对改善ART治疗的不良妊娠结局具有重要意义。

Assisted reproductive technology( ART) is a common treatment for infertility.With the rapid development of ART,the pregnancy rate has increased significantly,but the incidence of biochemical pregnancy and abortion is high,and pregnancy loss has reduced the sustained pregnancy rate and the rate of obtaining infant.The factors of ART pregnancy loss are complicated,and the related factors include chromosomal abnormality of embryo,anatomical factors,genetic factors,advanced age,endocrine abnormalities,etc.Besides,the influence of potential infertility factors and ART assisted pregnancy manner on pregnancy loss cannot be ignored.It is of great significance to identify the causes of ART pregnancy loss,conduct corresponding treatment for high-risk patients before ART,and design individual ovulation induction and transplantation program,so as to improve the pregnancy outcome of ART treatment.
