摘要
采用颗粒活性炭(GAC)激活过硫酸盐(PS)氧化法处理焦化废水生化出水,在温度30℃、反应时间120 min的条件下研究了GAC投加量、K2S2O8浓度和pH对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:GAC激活PS氧化法处理焦化废水生化出水的最佳条件:GAC投加量为30 g/L,K2S2O8质量浓度为6 g/L,不调节pH。在此最佳条件下,废水的色度和TOC去除率分别达到89.30%和80.84%。GAC在使用4次后,色度和TOC去除率分别为82.3%和53.8%,说明在GAC/K2S2O8系统中GAC具有较好的原位恢复性能。
Persulfate(PS)oxidation catalyzed by granular activated carbon(GAC)was used to advanced treatment of bio-treated coking wastewater(BTCW).Influences of GAC dose,K2S2O8 concentration and pH on treatment effect were also studied during 120 min at ambient temperature(30℃).The results showed that the optimum conditions of treatment were GAC dosage of 30 g/L,K2S2O8 concentration of 6 g/L,no adjusted pH.Under these conditions,the removal rate of TOC and chroma were 89.30%and 80.84%respectively.After using GAC for fourth times,the removal rate of TOC and chroma by the GAC/K2S2O8 system could reach to 82.3%and 53.80%respectively,which indicated that GAC had better in-situ recovery performance in GAC/K2S2O8 system.
